About the event
Whilst it can be 'the most wonderful time of year', for those living with an eating disorder and their loved ones, the focus on food at Christmas can be the cause of stress and anxiety. Helen and Molly will provide some strategies to assist with dialogue, how to plan for the day and how to support your loved one.
